Hopefully we’ll get some pics soon, but the Outburst forum at University of Denver on Sunday had a great turn-out, bringing in a constant stream of thoughtful messages addressing “new school” ways of solving pressing public policy challenges.
Far from your typical txt talk, here’s a sampling of the screen fodder:
“Politics is the art of civic involvement. Without that involvement, we can not have an impact.”
“Due to the holes in primary and secondary education students in higher education are constantly playing catch up. Will we ever catch up?”
“We need to stop avoiding recession; cutting interest rates is prolonging the problem. This country needs a recession to get back on track.”
It’s always rewarding for us to see Wiffiti affiliated with such well-run events in such great company. We’re looking forward to the next in the series!
